Our Dental Network Program is a national network of over 19,000 dentists. The program offers its members and their families quality dental care at affordable fees, with savings of approximately 10% to 40% off the provider's usual and customary fees on over 200 dental procedures.

Occasionally, a provider's usual and customary fee may be lower than the negotiated rate. If this occurs, the provider charges the member their usual and customary fee with an additional 10% discount.

And the plan is very easy to use. Members simply present their card at the time services are being rendered, and pay the discounted total amount due. Members will receive all the information explaining how to use the program, as well as a toll-free number to assist them in locating a dental office in their area in their membership packet.
