NurseLine is a health information service that puts members and their immediate family in touch with an experienced registered nurse. Members can call toll-free, 24 hours a day to access the health information they need when they need it. Members simply dial the 800 number that is listed on the back of their card and they will be connected with an educated Registered Nurse who can provide information, support and education for any health-related question or concern that they may have.

NurseLine nurses are very experienced and understand the need for privacy. That is why members have the comfort of knowing that all phone calls are only between the Nurse and themselves. NurseLine can help in numerous ways. Our nurses can help when to see a doctor and what to do if someone in the family is sick or injured. They can also assist members in obtaining a clearer understanding about medical tests and procedures. All nurses are eager to give their professional opinion about how to stay in good health as well as offer the locations of health care programs and services in the area.
